OPENING HOURS
Our opening hours are from 08:00 to 15:30. However, you can email us at any time and we will reply as soon as possible.

Submitting the form: you can complete the form online and send it to us, or contact us by email. Once we have received your notification, we will advise you on how to proceed with returning the products.

Returns: You have a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your parcel to submit your cancellation request and return the products you wish to return. The products must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging.

Refund: This will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, once the products have been received and inspected.
