The properties and characteristics of the printed-under-request studio backgrounds cannot be modified once your order is processed. Before finalising your order, check the measurements, the options and make sure of the chosen model, since it cannot be changed once it is processed.

     

Printed-under-request studio backgrounds are made specifically for every client and, therefore, cannot be returned. Only the return of a background will be accepted if it has any problem or damage. If the backgrounds that you receive has any damage, contact us to proceed with the corresponding procedures.

     

Note that each monitor is calibrated in a different way. And the colours may be slightly different in person. All our backgrounds pass a strict quality control before being shipped. The printing of the backgrounds is done in CMYK and, on the monitors, the image is seen in RGB. For this reason you can see the background somewhat differently, although if there is any difference it is minimal and there is usually no problem. By buying a background, you accept these conditions. There will be no refund for this reason. The backgrounds are printed in CMYK at a quality of 150 dpi. They are manufactured to give an optimal result on camera. They are not a photograph and, if you look closely, you will see the grain of the impression. However, once you have used them for your sessions, you will see that the result is ideal for all types of sessions.
