If you are not satisfied with your purchase in our online store, you have a period of fourteen days, from the date of receipt of the package, to exercise your right of return. For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and keep its original packaging. There are a number of products that cannot be returned:
- Studio backgrounds (except express ones).
- Production-on-demand products: such as studio backgrounds, vintage cars...
- Products purchased in the Damaged articles category.
- Products that, in their description, it is specified that they cannot be returned.
- Products that make up the packs cannot be returned separately; in this case the complete pack will have to be returned.
Once we receive your package and check the items, we will refund the corresponding amount through the same payment method you used to pay for your order. The expenses derived from the return of the products, such as the shipping cost, as well as other additional expenses, will always be borne by the customer and will not be returned in any case.
In the event that the recipient rejects the delivery of a package, once the products have been received at our facilities, the amount of the products purchased will be refunded less the shipping costs and return costs generated.
